In a past life, I was probably a tortured police detective with a dark and traumatic past. Right now, however, I'm just a twenty-something bookworm who loves listening to old songs and watching 90s movies. I enjoy mystery and crime, southern coming of age stories and historical fiction set in the last century.

  1. Big lists, good thing you read 10 books each month ;-). I’ve got 3 titles that definitely piqued my interest from your new listings: Then She Was Gone, The Roanoke Girls and The Missing Ones. I already read a good review on The Roanoke Girls. I’m afraid I have to say that I haven’t read anything by Marnie Riches yet :-(. The only one I read from all of them is The Breakdown which I gave 3 stars. I’m very interested to know how you like it.

    1. Yeah, I’m curious about The breakdown, as it’s had mixed reviews… let’s see…it’s not a priority. Roanoke is super disturbing 😂

  2. I’m always impressed with how much reading you’re able to get in. I read The Roanoke Girls and really liked it despite a couple flaws. I’ll review it next week. Happy March! 🍀🍀🍀

I also have The Missing Ones and We Danced at the End of the Pier on my March TBR. I hope that you will enjoy all your books in March. Happy reading 🙂

  4. Haven’t read any of your TBR but like I mentioned on your other post, I’m very curious to hear your thoughts on Roanoke Girls… unless of course you’ve already posted your review, in which case I will come across it soon 🙂
