Blogger Recognition Award

Thank you Inge – The Belgian Reviewer for nominating me! You have an amazing blog.

RULES:
Write a post to show your award
Give a brief story of how your blog started.
Give a piece of advice or two to new bloggers.
Thank whoever nominated you and provide a link to their blog.
Select up to 10 other blogs you want to give the award to.

STORY:
I started this blog only two weeks ago and I think it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve  loved reading since I was 5 years old and I’ve never stopped. I now read more than ever, thanks to Goodreads, NetGalley and all of your recommendations.
The truth is, I  already have a blog in Spanish, but I mostly love reading in English and discovering new novels that are unfortunately never released in my country. I saw in Goodreads that there were actually plenty of people who read the same books that I loved so much, so I thought: why not start a blog in English to connect with all of you and share my opinions?

ADVICE FOR NEW BLOGGERS:
Don’t be afraid to comment on other people’s posts and share their reviews if you like what they wrote. We’re here to help each other, make friends and, of course, get great book recommendations!

I NOMINATE ANYONE WHO WANTS TO DO THIS
But, hey, I’d like these amazing blogs to do it:

In a past life, I was probably a tortured police detective with a dark and traumatic past. Right now, however, I'm just a twenty-something bookworm who loves to listen to old songs and watch 90s movies. I enjoy mystery and crime, southern coming of age stories and historical fiction set in the last century.

  1. Thank you for the nomination. Impressive that you have two blogs and in two different languages, wow! I have always admired Spanish, its so beautiful. Never had a chance to learn it though but maybe someday I will 🙂 Great advise to new bloggers. I total agree 🙂
